Diffusion Captured

Diffusion is defined "as the movement of particles (gas, liquid, solid) as a result of their kinetic energy from a region of higher to a region of a lower concentration."
Here is an experiment using a pinch KMnO4 or Potassium Permanganate and water inside an Erlenmeyer flask showing how diffusion works.
The photos are just magnificent and very creative for me even if I just used a cellphone camera with 3.2 megapixel. The wonder works when Science is involved, haha! :))
The first 2 pictures demonstrates the moment Potassium Permanganate is dropped onto the water and the last picture depicts how diffusion has affected the concentration gradient of water after 30mins.

I own all photos
Thank you for not stealing! :)

So much for Botany Lab. Got to read, comprehend, and memorize Plant Tissues!

Very nice pics. From your cellphone camera? They're still nice, though.
